1.      Înţelege natura problemei din toate perspectivele:

a.       Perspectiva organizaţiei (standarde, competenţe dorite etc);
b.      Perspectiva disciplinară (codul muncii, regulament intern);
c.       Perspectiva angajatului;
d.      Perspectiva personală (a managerului).
